PrimeReportsApp.com is software for roofing contractors. It measures a roof from aerial and satellite imagery, produces a material list, and prepares a bid you can send to your customer under your own name and logo.
Your first 5 roof evaluations are free. No credit card is required to begin and there is no setup fee. After that, continued use requires a subscription of $24.00 per month, which includes unlimited roof evaluations, material lists and bids.
The subscription renews monthly and is charged through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged again; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded — see our Cancellation Policy.
One account is for one roofing business. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Recovery is by the three security questions you set at signup.
Roof measurements come from third-party aerial imagery and automated analysis. They are close, but they are estimates. You are responsible for verifying measurements and quantities before you give a price to a homeowner or order materials. We are not responsible for a bid that is short, a material order that is wrong, or work priced from a measurement you did not check.
Bids you produce go out under your company name and logo, to your customer. The contract for the roofing work is between you and the homeowner. We are not a party to it, we do not sell leads, and we take no percentage of your jobs.
Your jobs, bids and customer details belong to you. We store them so the app works, and we do not sell them. See our Privacy Policy.
Do not resell or share access to the app, do not use it to harass anyone, and do not attempt to break, copy or overload the service. We may close an account that does.
We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve the software at any time.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
