From you: your name, company, phone number and email address, the answers to your three security questions (stored scrambled, never in plain text), and your billing details. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
From your work: the properties you measure — address, measurements, material quantities and the bids you create — along with the customer name and contact details you type in. When you run a measurement we also record how far you were from the property at that moment, as a distance only.
To run the app, keep your jobs and bids available to you, send bids to the homeowners you choose, and bill the subscription.
You do. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your jobs, bids or customers with anyone else.
Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google Maps and Google Solar for imagery and measurement data, and Anthropic for the automated roof analysis. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
We email you about your account, your bids and your subscription. We do not sell your address.
We keep your data while your account exists. Email us and we will delete your account and its data.
